The Paraty House by Marcio Kogan Architects

Paraty is a small town on the Costa Verde (Green Coast), a lush, green corridor that runs along the coastline of the state of Rio de Janeiro, in Brazil. So the weather is good and the beaches great. The Paraty house designed by Marcio Kogan is one superbly designed modern house that blends in the environment  like it belongs there even thought it are basically two concrete boxes.  The top roof functions as a garden for herbs and vegetables and the lower roof is a terrace with a killer seaview.

It is like a dream! but I rather prefer to stay in a good pousada in fron of the beach. There are a lot of great hostels in Paraty, misti chill is one of them.
